Over the Moon Milk
The Over the Moon range of milk and other dairy products reflect the passion and commitment founders Cathie and Karl Johnson have to providing fresh produce to customers.
The milk is pasteurised and bottled in the old-fashioned way, one small batch at a time, and is not mixed with milk from other dairies.
The milk can be traced to Ian and Sue Lindsay’s dairy farm. Their herd of Jersey cows are grass fed on the lush pastures of the Hastings Valley (near Wauchope) – there, cows eat real grass. They make real milk like nature intended – rich, full-flavoured and creamy.
You will find Karl and his team selling full cream and reduced fat dairy milk at every market, along with other dairy products including flavoured milk, yogurt, cream, and many more.
